This was a three doctor group that needed a new office. They initially wanted to be able to grow to four doctors and have a physical therapy service. Ultimately there needed to be plan on how to grow to a six doctor practice. Medical Design International was brought in to perform its Medical Facility Planning Analysis and advise the group on its growth.
After the analysis, MDI reviewed a series of potential building sites, recommend a particular one and helped the doctors set parameters for (competitive) negotiation for its purchase. The acquisition was successful. MDI then did all the medical planning and architectural design.
