Campbell Clinic - Desoto, South Haven, Mississippi
Continuing our long standing relationship with The Campbell Clinic Medical Design International planned and designed this 22,000 square foot satellite facility in Desoto, Mississippi.
The facility is designed to allow 4 doctors to see patients at one time supported by 2 X-Ray units. Included in the design is a Physical Therapy wing, Orthotics, and provisions for future Ambulatory Surgery.
The building features brick and stone exterior with Stucco and half timber detailing. Faced with very poor soil conditions the structure is supported on a unique 15” mat slab foundation to control settlement.
Working closely with the Program Manager and Contractor the project was brought in under budget and on time.
