Eye Care Specialists
In 1997, Eye Care Specialists was a 3 doctor Ophthalmology practice with multi-subspecialties . The practice had already enlisted another physician to join the practice in 1998 and was actively searching for 2 more. They contacted Medical Design International to analyze their current facility and to help them operationally and architecturally plan a new facility to support the doctors, needed procedures and have space for future expansion.
Medical Design International performed our Medical Facility Planning Analysis (MFPA) service for Eye Care Specialists determining that to support the 4 physicians and allow for their growth they would need a facility of 15,800 square feet.
Taking the analysis and the goals of the physicians, Medical Design International provided full architectural services, giving them a productive, efficient building to practice in.
