This was a four doctor practice that was in old cramped space that ultimately wanted to grow to six doctors. MDI was brought in to identify the amount of space need to allow the practice to reach its goals while improving the individual doctors’ ability to see patients.
After the Medical Facility Planning Analysis was complete MDI design the full architecture for the 23,000 square foot two story building. The building has room for five doctors to see patients at once as well as diagnostics, optical shop and Lasik center with separate entry.
