MDI performed our productivity assessment, programming and architectural services for this project. The facility is 13,500 square feet, master planned to allow 3 MD’s and 1 OD to see patients simultaneously. The practice also includes a Lasik suite.
Part of the master plan for this facility includes a room for a future exam module that will be used short term for a community meeting room for marketing purposes.
