River Oaks OB/GYN Associates
In 1990, River Oaks OB/GYN had been in practice for 29 years and was a 6 doctor, 1 NP practice. They were looking to provide additional services and a better environment for their steadily growing practice. The practice wanted to add physicians and nurse practitioners to grow to 7 MDs and 2 NPs. They contacted Medical Design International to evaluate their practice and space to determine what was needed and if the current space could be remodeled or if they needed to build new.
After performing our Medical Facility Planning Analysis (MFPA) and listening to the goals River Oaks OB/GYN had for the future including additional offices for the physicians, increasing their productivity, a larger lab, ultrasound and procedure rooms along with a conference/library room and a lounge for the staff, the practice decided to build a new building on their current site.
Medical Design International assisting River Oaks OB/GYN by programming and providing architectural service on the new 10,000 square foot facility.
