Drs. Rash and Parrish were leaving their old office and wanted a new office that would allow for growth. Medical Design International performed its Medical Facility Planning Analysis and identified that to grow to four doctors, the office would need to support 3 doctors seeing patients at once. The building would need to encompass 4,800 square feet and at least 28 parking spaces.
After the doctors made the decision to proceed with MDI’s recommendations, MDI did all the medical planning and architectural design for the new office.
