This is a four-story plus basement multi-subspecialty internal medicine building totaling 50,000 square feet of space. It includes clinical space for cardiology, pulmonology, and gastroenterology. It houses administrative space for the practice as well as an allergy service, laboratory, and endoscopy lab.
On this project, Medical Design International initially analyzed the practice’s productive need for space and developed a comprehensive space program to accommodate those needs. MDI assisted in the site selection and after the site was acquired, MDI then did the design of the building, both from a medical space planning and architectural point of view. Medical Design International was the architect of record on the project and saw the project through to occupancy.
