Bielinski Dermatology
Medical Design International performed a Medical Facility Planning Analysis (MFPA) to analyze the practice and project how an efficiently designed and organized building would benefit the practice. A detailed Space Program was developed to identify the rooms and sizes needed, the amount of parking to support the practice, and land to relocate the practice. Based on this analysis, Dr. Bielinski decided to relocate his practice and Medical Design International was selected to design that new facility.
A site in the metropolitan Chicago area was located but was smaller than anticipated. Medical Design International evaluated local codes then stratified the space program into two floors. The 12,500 SF building allows four providers to treat general dermatology patients on the ground floor, while a Mohs surgeon and an aesthetician provide cosmetic services on the second floor.
