This is a one-story facility with a partial daylight basement. The facility houses three (3) exam modules, smaller modules for nurse practitioner and cosmetic exams, a minor surgery procedure and lab suite, and a small cosmetic retail area.
The new facility was needed to relieve space constraints of an outgrown existing building that was both too small and poorly configured for the needs of the practice. MDI spent time with the doctors and staff observing their practice in operation, analyzing their needs and developing operational and space programs for the planning foundation of their new facility.
With these tools in hand, MDI took the client through the arduous process of getting the building designed, constructed and open. When it was done the results were impressive, both in terms of looks, and in practice efficiency and increased capacity
