Originally MDI helped the physicians define their needs and renovate an existing building for their medical practice. Nine years of growth resulted in greatly expanded goals and needs. MDI helped the doctors quantify their new needs for growth and expanded services and then provided full architectural services for the new building of 30,000 square feet. The site has capacity for further expansion in the future.
